“My specialty is Roti Kirai.
Savoury:
– Classic or Ombre/Duo-Colour.
– Fluffy and soft lacy texture.
– Rich and thick consistency chicken or beef curry.
Dessert:
– Kirai Pandan w/Lemak Manis Sauce
– Kirai Chocolate w/Dark Chocolate Sauce
“I grew up with families of ‘food biz ppl’. Almost 45 years. However I wasn’t ready to open my own brand…till one day I said to my husband, ” I’m ready! What should I sell? I only want t sell one product”. Hmm…we looked at each other and said ‘Roti Kirai’ instantly! Whenever I go pot-luck, that’s what I will bring. Yes, I love Kirai..ing. It’s very therapeutic.”
