“Shouka is a humble home based business which focuses on Mediterranean-Styled Non-baked Shaksuka.
The passion started when we cooked for our friends for Breakfast potlucks.
It then grew into a business, back in 2020 during Circuit Breaker period; when we had the same friends asking and craving for our Shaksuka.
It was challenging initially as Shaksuka is a dish that you cook and serve directly in a pan. After numerous trials and errors, as well as research and innovation, we finally found the solution to share this wonderful dish with our friends (without having to prepare and serve in non-disposable pans) and eventually everyone else.
And from then on, like they said, the rest is history…”
